What is the North Orange County Public Safety Task Force?
Buena Park Police Chief Corey Sianez serves as the Chairman of the North Orange County Public Safety Task Force. As he explains, this innovative partnership between public safety officers, cities and community based organizations is focused on re-entry of prisoners back into society, youth violence and homelessness. Using a state-of-the-art technology app called "Outreach Grid," the NOC Task Force has made great strides in providing solutions to people experiencing homelessness. And the organization's partnership and fund assistance of various community based organizations has shown a marked drop in youth violence and recidivism of formerly incarcerated individuals.
In short, the North Orange County Public Safety Task Force is a success story and has the metrics to show that it is making a real difference in our communities.

Taking the North Orange County Public Safety Collaborative to New Heights
Brea Police Chief Adam Hawley was recently named Chairman of the North Orange County Public Safety Collaborative. He becomes the third Chairman of the agency following the founding Chairman, Buena Park Police Chief Corey Sianez, and his successor, Fullerton Police Chief Bob Dunn. Hawley looks forward to taking the Collaborative to new heights with an enhanced focus on the partnership between public safety officers, cities, and community-based organizations.
With the launch of the HOPE Center and the strong support of our local, state, and federal elected officials, the North Orange County Public Safety Collaborative is a success story and has the metrics to show that is continues to make a real difference in our communities.
The North Orange County Public Safety Collaborative’s cloud-based app for homeless services – Outreach Grid – is now being used by other public agencies throughout the Southland to help manage the homeless crisis.
